Your Tasks
  • Lead Management: Handle incoming client inquiries and leads, ensuring timely and professional responses. Qualify leads and distribute them to the appropriate sales representatives. Maintain an up-to-date database of leads, clients, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations. Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with clients to support the sales process. Monitor and track the progress of sales leads, providing regular updates to the sales team.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Assist in resolving client issues and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team to enhance sales performance.
  • Administrative Duties: Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including managing sales documents and contracts. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and delivery of training programs.
Your Qualifications
  • Academic Qualification: Bachelors / Masters in business administration or relevant field.
  • Total years of Experience: 1-3 years.
  • Experience in GCC (optional).
  • Experienced in KSA is preferred and bilingual speaker (Arabic & English).
