Job summary

ConFlip seeks a skilled Surveyor for Riyadh to design and conduct surveys, collect data, and analyze results for management insights. You will develop instruments and present findings clearly, supporting data-driven decisions.

The role prioritizes accuracy, attention to detail, and effective communication in a fast-paced environment. Open to foreign applicants with flexible working hours and health coverage in place.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Social Sciences, Psychology or related field preferred but not required.
• Experience with survey design and analysis preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Collect data through surveys, interviews, focus groups or other methods.
• Analyze data using statistical software or other statistical methods.
• Identify trends in survey results and present findings to management in an understandable format.
• Develop survey instruments such as questionnaires or polls for surveys or focus groups.
• Respond to inquiries regarding survey results or methodology.
