Job summary

Woopel is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will lead multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met while maintaining quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of project management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of project management experience.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to plan, manage and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling project timelines, resources and deliverables.
• Monitoring progress against deadlines and budgets.
• Identifying potential risks or issues that could delay progress or affect quality standards.
• Working with stakeholders to ensure expectations are met throughout the life cycle of the project.
• Establishing clear communication plans with all stakeholders involved in the project.
• Managing changes in scope or timeline as necessary while ensuring stakeholder alignment on all decisions related to changes in scope or timeline.
