Job summary

UTEC in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join the Human Capital team at our manufacturing facility. You will manage monthly payroll, verify inputs, and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.

In this role, you will calculate salaries, allowances, deductions, and EOSB while maintaining compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, WPS, and Mudad submissions. Collaboration with HR and Finance is essential to resolve payroll issues and deliver timely reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, HR, business administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in payroll processing or payroll administration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Calculate employee salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, bonuses, and other payroll-related payments.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new joiners, resignations, terminations, and salary adjustments.
• Calculate employee End of Service Benefits (EOSB), leave settlements, and final settlements in accordance with Saudi Labor Law.
• Manage GOSI contributions and ensure accurate monthly calculations and updates.
• Ensure compliance with the Wage Protection System (WPS) and manage salary submissions through the Mudad platform.
• Verify attendance, overtime, leave, and other payroll inputs before processing.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other departments to resolve payroll-related issues.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
• Support internal and external payroll audits.
• Ensure payroll processes comply with company policies and applicable Saudi regulations.
• Process employee advance requests, coordinate payments, and ensure accurate deductions and recovery through monthly payroll in accordance with company policies.
