Job summary

Woopel in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee inventory operations, forecasting, and stock replenishment. You will lead a team, coordinate with purchasing and warehouse, and ensure accurate records.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, proven experience, and strong English communication. Saudi visa and accommodation are provided, with a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as Inventory Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory management principles.
• Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Hindi is a plus.
• Must have own visa for employment in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels and meet customer demands.
• Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock movement to ensure timely replenishment.
• Collaborate with purchasing department to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess inventory.
• Analyze data and forecast demand to identify potential risks or opportunities for cost reduction.
• Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure accurate receiving, storage, and fulfillment of products.
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss or damage of products.
• Train and supervise inventory staff to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management processes.
• Conduct regular physical inventories and reconcile any discrepancies with system records.
