Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data protection, privacy, compliance or legal work, ideally in technology.
• Working knowledge of the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and SDAIA guidance.
• Arabic and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Review and update privacy notices for ARK47 Studio app and website to meet PDPL.
• Prepare and update the record of processing activities and verify where personal data is stored and processed.
• Handle requests from individuals about their personal data within legal deadlines.
• Review new features before launch and new suppliers before engagement for data-protection risks.
• Train the team on data protection and report monthly.
