Job summary

Whitecollars is seeking an experienced Finance Manager / CFO to lead the finance and accounting function in Riyadh. The role demands a hands-on leader with deep Saudi market knowledge and a track record in wholesale, retail, distribution, or trading sectors.

The successful candidate will drive financial performance, strengthen internal controls, optimize working capital, and support growth through strategic financial management and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
CPA/ACCA/CMA or equivalent highly preferred.
Approximately 12+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience including senior leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Lead the finance and accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis.
Oversee cash flow management, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization.
Monitor inventory valuation, controls, and stock-related financial performance.
Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, tax requirements (ZATCA), VAT, and accounting standards.
Strengthen internal controls, governance, and risk management practices.
Partner with commercial and operations teams to improve profitability across branches.
