Job summary

A major hotel chain in the Makkah Region seeks a Revenue Analyst to assist the Cluster Director in reporting and special revenue projects. Job Summary

To assist the Cluster Director of Revenue in reporting and special revenue projects. This will include preparation of all daily, weekly and monthly files and reports. Additional tasks will be managing IDeas Revenue Management System for setup, configuration, maintenance and decisions uploads.

General Duties and Responsibilities
  • The Revenue Analyst will be responsible for developing new tools, reports and assisting in revenue analyses and special projects
  • Prepare and attend the weekly revenue meeting
  • Prepare all daily reports required for short term and long term strategies
  • Prepare Month end reports and analyse change in business trends
  • Assist in revenue tasks whenever required
  • Create additional reports that will help identify new opportunities and optimize revenue
  • Audit data constantly and ensure the team is using proper segmentation, channels, nationalities at all times
Skills

Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You should ideally have a degree in the hospitality field with previous experience in a similar role for minimum two years within the Reservations / Revenue Department of a hotel. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and strong financial, analytical and auditing skills are essential. Computer literacy and previous experience with Opera is a must.
