Lucid Motors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Manager, Resident Product Engineering (RPE) to lead the AMP2 RPE organization, ensuring fast, rigorous resolution of production issues and acting as the primary engineering interface among Manufacturing, Quality, Supplier Quality and central Engineering & Software.

The role emphasizes governance, escalation management, and building local capability in KSA while leveraging Lucid's global engineering depth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or related)
• 15+ years of engineering experience in a plant environment with multiple vehicle launches
• Proven leadership in plant-embedded / resident engineering organizations
• Hands-on production issue triage, RCA/PCA methodologies, cross-functional escalation and resolution
• Ability to operate across manufacturing, quality, supplier quality and engineering teams

Responsabilités

• Establish, lead, and scale the Resident Product Engineering organization at AMP2.
• Own end-to-end product issue triage for vehicles in production.
• Serve as the single point of entry for manufacturing product-related escalations.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Supplier Quality and Plant Leadership.
• Drive root cause analysis, containment actions, and corrective actions.
