Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Requirements Lead Consultant - Airports to drive elicitation, analysis and specification across airport domains, collaborating with business, operations and technical stakeholders. You will guide junior analysts, ensure traceability, model processes and data, and support design, build and test through high-quality, testable requirements.

Experience with DOORS, Jama or Azure DevOps and knowledge of aviation systems are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in requirements elicitation, analysis and specification on complex programmes.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder-engagement skills.
• Skilled in process/data modelling and requirements traceability.
• Experience with requirements tools (DOORS, Jama, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of airport or aviation systems and operations.
• Analysis certification (BCS/IIBA) and/or agile experience.
• Experience in regulated/critical-infrastructure environments.
• Exposure to MSI delivery models.

The Requirements Lead Consultant - Airports leads requirements elicitation, analysis and specification for one or more airport domains, working closely with business, operational and technical stakeholders.

The role brings deep analysis expertise and domain insight to produce high-quality, traceable requirements that drive design, build and test, while guiding more junior analysts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and stakeholder engagement to elicit business, functional and non-functional requirements.
• Analyse, structure and specify requirements to a high standard of clarity and testability.
