Job summary

WSP Middle East seeks an experienced Lighting Design professional to join the Innovation Lighting Design team across KSA and the UAE. The role focuses on delivering high-impact lighting concepts, coordinating with architects, engineers, and clients to transform spaces with innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio in architectural lighting, hands-on experience with Dialux/Relux, AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, InDesign and Photoshop, and the ability to work remotely yet

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture and a Master's in Architectural Lighting Design or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in lighting design consultancy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead lighting design processes from concept through tender, coordinating with architects and engineers.
• Develop high-quality sketches and visualisations, and prepare luminaire spec, control schedules, and BOQ.
• Oversee site inspections, coordinate with contractors, and ensure design intent is met.
