Job summary

Lever, Inc. in Saudi Arabia seeks a Mobile Application Developer and Support Analyst to design, develop, test, deploy, and support SAP-based mobile solutions.

You will work with SAP MDK, BAS, and SAP BTP Mobile Services to deliver reliable, offline-capable apps and backend extensions across iOS and Android. The role requires hands-on MDK, BAS, BTP experience, SAP certifications, strong JavaScript skills, and a proven track record in SAP integrations and security policy implementations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing with SAP MDK.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BAS.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BTP Mobile Services.
• SAP certification in SAP BTP, MDK, or SAP Mobile Services.
• Strong JavaScript development skills.
• Experience deploying mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Experience integrating MDK with OData services and SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience implementing offline synchronization/offline-first mobile functionality.
• Experience with SAP HANA Cloud and HDI containers.
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, support, and optimize SAP-based mobile applications and extensions using SAP MDK, BAS, and SAP BTP Mobile Services.
• Create and maintain SAP MDK pages, rules, actions, and application functionality.
• Integrate mobile applications with OData services and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Implement and maintain offline synchronization and offline-first mobile capabilities.
• Develop and maintain backend extensions using SAP CAP, Node.js, or Java.
• Configure SAP BTP destinations, roles, authentication mechanisms, and security policies.
• Implement integrations with mobile device capabilities (camera, GPS, barcode, QR, file handling).
• Support mobile deployment across iOS and Android.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with SAP teams, functional consultants, and business stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Contribute to technical documentation and communicate issues and solutions clearly.
