Job summary

ExeQut is seeking a skilled SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Engineer to join our Identity & Access Management team. You will design, implement, and maintain cloud-native identity governance solutions, translating complex requirements into practical business outcomes.

Responsibilities include onboarding, lifecycle management, RBAC/ABAC, SoD policies, and audit-ready documentation, with a focus on reliability and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 4+ years in IAM/IGA with 2-5+ years hands-on SailPoint ISC (Identity Now) experience.
• Strong proficiency with SailPoint connectors, REST APIs, SCIM, JavaScript rules and Workflow Builder.
• Experience integrating with AD, Azure AD/Entra ID, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, HRIS, SaaS apps and custom systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement SailPoint ISC solutions (Identity Profiles, Access Profiles, Lifecycle States, Roles, Policies, Certifications, Access Requests, Password Management).
• Lead application onboarding including connector configuration (AD, Azure AD/Entra ID, HRIS, SaaS, custom).
• Build and maintain ISC workflows, transforms, rules (JavaScript), webhooks, and SCIM/REST API integrations.
