Job summary

YO IT Consulting is seeking a Psychology Quality Assurance Lead for an hourly remote contract to oversee quality and consistency across psychology-focused AI training projects. You will review AI-generated psychology content, evaluate output against rubrics, and provide precise written feedback to trainers and QAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, PsyD, or equivalent in Psychology or related field.
• Strong English to follow guidelines and provide feedback.
• 3+ years in psychology research or related workflows.
• Solid knowledge of psychological theories, ethics, and mental-health safety.
• Ability to evaluate content against detailed rubrics and identify issues.
• Experience leading or supporting remote research teams.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring: spot-check psychology items and provide feedback.
• Psychology review: evaluate AI-generated psychology explanations for accuracy and safety.
• Trainer/QA communication: update teams via Discord on guidelines and standards.
• Question handling: respond to questions about psychological concepts and rubrics.
• Documentation: create and maintain project documentation and onboarding materials.
• Onboarding and training: schedule and run onboarding calls for trainers and QAs.
• Quality alignment: ensure consistent application of review guidelines.
• Safety and ethics review: flag unsafe or questionable content.
• Process improvement: identify gaps and propose scalable QA processes.
