Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an AI Video Creator & Editor to join a growing remote team. You will own end-to-end creatives for direct-response campaigns on Meta and TikTok, from briefs to AI footage and polished edits.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in video production, strong AI tool prompts, and advanced editing skills (Premiere Pro/CapCut, After Effects). Remote work follows UK hours, with collaborative workflows and feedback loops.

Qualifications

> 1–3 years of experience in creative or video production, including e-commerce or direct-response paid-social editing.
> Hands-on experience with AI video-generation tools such as Higgsfield, Veo, Kling, Sora, Runway, or similar platforms.
> Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro or CapCut, together with After Effects or equivalent motion-graphics capabilities.
> Comfortable using Google Drive, Frame.io, or similar tools for organized asset management, collaboration, and feedback.
> Understanding hook-first, direct-response editing for Meta and TikTok, including rapid pacing, subtitles, pattern interrupts, and CTAs.
> Strong visual eye to distinguish authentic AI footage from synthetic-looking content.
> Ability to maintain high output without sacrificing quality, and respond quickly to feedback.
> Strong written and spoken English and ability to collaborate remotely.

Responsibilities

> Generate AI video assets for Meta and TikTok advertising, including UGC-style clips and product scenes.
> Develop prompts, reference images, and generation settings, building a reusable prompt library.
> Edit high-volume direct-response ads by combining AI footage with scripts, raw footage, and product assets.
> Create hooks, pacing, subtitles, and calls to action to drive conversions.
> Produce multiple concept variations and test different hooks and scenes.
> Maintain visual consistency and quality across assets and brand elements.
> Add motion graphics with After Effects or similar tools to meet platform specs.
> Collaborate with Creative Strategists to execute briefs and respond to feedback.
> Organize project files and assets using Google Drive, Frame.io, or similar tools.
> Stay updated with evolving AI video models and integrate new workflows.
