Job summary

TELUS Digital is seeking a Specialist for AI Consulting Governance & Strategy. You will craft frameworks at the intersection of business, law, and technology to scale AI safely and effectively. You will translate complex regulatory requirements into roadmaps that are practical and impactful, ensuring ethical, transparent outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in listed fields required.
• MBA or JD preferred for governance roles.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic AI use-case roadmaps aligned with ROI targets.
• Design governance frameworks with RACI, policy guidelines, and ethical review processes.
• Lead assessments to ensure alignment with global standards (EU AI Act, GDPR, NIST RMF) and mitigate risks.
• Create rubrics for model explainability and fairness ensuring traceability and responsibility.
• Deliver workshops to build AI literacy and drive ethical AI adoption across the organization.
