Reporting To: Director of Sales and Marketing
Job Purpose
Develop, monitor, and support all sales teams across all categories (Sales Representative, Sales Supervisor, Key Accounts Sales Executive, Sales Specialist, Sales Executive) to help expand the business by actively seeking and acquiring new clients.
The role focuses on identifying the company’s needs and market demands and selling accordingly, while building strong relationships to ensure growth and enhance the company’s prestige.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Involvement – Process Administration
- Achieve Sales Manager targets by supporting teams in meeting their sales objectives, including coordination with Sales Supervisors and Key Accounts Sales Managers.
- Conduct field visits with team members to targeted clients.
- Perform market research and build a database of prospective clients.
- Manage client relationships, including after-sales service and policy premium collection.
- Submit required reports as requested by the direct manager.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to risk and compliance requirements and continuously monitor their implementation to protect company information and mitigate risks.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong customer relationships by regularly following up on client inquiries and requests.
- Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery to achieve customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Report Development & Documentation
- Provide accurate and up-to-date data for reporting purposes in line with company standards to support sound decision-making.
Policies and Procedures
- Strictly comply with AICC policies and procedures to ensure risk-free operations and error-free outcomes.
Communication & Working Relationships
- Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders using effective oral and written communication to ensure operational efficiency.
- Operate within standardized work routines, practices, and procedures.
- Make routine decisions within the scope of responsibility and refer to direct supervision for guidance when required.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- IFCE Certification.
- Insurance-related courses and certifications are recommended.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience (mandatory).
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Effective planning and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proven experience as an insurance sales representative.
- Solid understanding of insurance plans (automobile, fire, life, property, medical, etc.).
- Ability to work with computers and interpret statistical data.
- Goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to deliver client-focused solutions and build long-lasting relationships.
