Job summary

Pacific International Lines (PIL) seeks a Regional Operations Head (OPPC) to provide strategic and operational leadership for the region. You will oversee vessel calls, port performance, and cost management while coordinating with Head Office and key stakeholders to ensure consistent execution of standards.

The role requires extensive experience in liner shipping operations, strong governance, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across agencies and partners.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English is required.
• Shore-based leadership experience in container liner shipping or related operations.
• Strong knowledge of operational governance and KPI delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional operational leadership for OPPC strategy and targets.
• Ensure safe, reliable, and cost-efficient liner operations across the region.
• Lead country agencies to execute operational processes and updates.
• Collaborate with Head Office and external partners to optimize performance.
• Drive cost-efficiency initiatives with procurement and vendors.
