Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery.
• 4+ years of IT systems or relevant commercial production environment experience.
• 4+ years of networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL/TLS, OSI Model, TCP/IP, VLANs, subnetting, routing protocols).
• 4+ years of Windows/Server administration, Linux administration, or Cisco IOS (CLI).
• 4+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user, high-availability environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive network excellence through engineering, troubleshooting, and systems administration across multiple facilities.
• Maintain critical systems uptime; serve as first escalation point for complex issues.
• Troubleshoot IT problems; resolve incidents under time pressure.
• Plan and coordinate Change Management templates across the region.
• Lead regional technical projects from conception to completion with minimal guidance.
• Automate manual tasks; create and improve tools that increase team efficiency.
