SSCL LTD is seeking a regional operations leader to own end-to-end O&M delivery across multiple sites in the region. You will manage regional P&L, drive service quality, SLA/KPI governance and mobilize new contracts, while leading project managers and regional support teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 12+ years in FM/O&M, with 5+ years in regional or multi-site leadership, proven track record with integrated FM contracts in KSA, and experience with CAFM/CMMS systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical).
• 12+ years in FM/O&M with 5+ years leading operations regionally.
• Proven track record managing regional portfolios of integrated FM contracts in KSA.
• Strong command of regional P&L, HSE, SLA/KPI governance and CAFM systems.
• Experience mobilizing new contracts and scaling regional teams.
• MBA or IFMA/BIFM certification preferred.
