Overview

Do you want to be part of a newly formed organization that is designing and launching new business models across AMET? If so, Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) operations is looking for an experienced Operations Lead with a strong record of achieving results. This role will help us build and run the new service for our customers, run 3P Store Operations, and ensure Amazon policies – including attendance tracking – are implemented and administered fairly and consistently. You will motivate, coach, report, and provide feedback on associate performance – including roof and on‑road productivity, quality and safety – to achieve or exceed Amazon expectations.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Manage end‑to‑end UTR operations for one large site or a combination of small sites, supervising store operations.
  • Meet customer‑facing metrics while maintaining operational and quality targets and upholding safety and morale of the team reporting to you.
  • Drive performance management of team members, preparing and implementing training and development plans for pickers.
  • Work closely with merchant stakeholders to continuously improve the operations process and attain a sustained level of performance improvement.
  • Conduct 4M / 5S and Safety GEMBA audits for the stores on a daily basis.
  • Serve as stand‑in for Area Manager when required.
Qualifications

  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
