• Develop MOPs for activating new RAN features and functionalities.

Position: RAN Senior Integration Engineer

Be part of a dynamic team driving cutting-edge RAN technology deployment across the Kingdom. We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Integration Engineer to lead RAN software upgrades, feature activations, and network integration activities using Ericsson technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare software (SW) for NIR and audit live networks.
Execute network-wide SW upgrades using Ericsson tools (e.g., ASU, FNIs).
Develop MOPs for activating new RAN features and functionalities.
Perform FNIs for new features and generate KPI-based reports pre- and post-activation.
Roll out features at scale using optimized scripting methods.
Prepare Integration LLDs based on Solution HLDs and build MOPs for each activity.
Monitor delivery quality and act proactively on any violations.
Conduct FNIs for new configurations.
Follow acceptance and PAT processes to ensure FTR and avoid delays.

Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of Ericsson integration experience.
Participated in 5+ projects delivering over 1500 nodes per project.
Strong expertise in Ericsson RAN technologies, especially 4G and 5G.
Programming knowledge is a plus.
