Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• 18+ years of experience in commercial and contracts management.
• Proven experience on major rail or metro infrastructure projects.
• GCC project experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial and contracts management function for the PMC on major rail/metro projects.
• Oversee the administration of contracts and payments in line with project requirements.
• Provide strategic direction on commercial, contractual, and procurement matters.
• Review contract terms, risks, and entitlements; manage variations and claims.
• Support client decisions with negotiation strategies and risk mitigation.
• Monitor cost performance, budget compliance, and financial reporting.
• Lead and mentor the commercial/contracts team and deliver contractual deliverables.
