JASARA PMC is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team. The role is pivotal in ensuring the financial success of construction projects by managing costs and contracts effectively. As a Quantity Surveyor at JASARA PMC, you will conduct thorough analysis and provide key insights on cost control, procurement, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering quality projects while adhering to budgetary constraints.


Responsibilities
  • Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and detail.
  • Analyze and assess tender submissions from contractors and subcontractors.
  • Manage procurement and contract administration processes.
  • Monitor project costs against budgets, preparing detailed financial reports.
  • Conduct site visits to validate costs and verify project progress.
  • Provide advice on contractual obligations and potential risks.
  • Collaborate with project managers to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5-8 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
  • Proven ability to manage large projects and administer contracts effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation techniques and budgeting processes.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and project management tools.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with local regulations and construction practices in Saudi Arabia is advantageous.
