Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic and English; computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Implement the QFS Management System in the plant to ensure product compliance and liaise with stakeholders for immediate actions.
• Conduct inspections on product quality versus specifications and prepare related reports.
• Monitor adherence to food safety, GMPs and hygiene requirements.
• Perform behavioral safety observations as assigned.
• Note deviations and communicate to stakeholders, ensuring proper actions including hold and release of nonconforming product.
• Verify and validate actions for effectiveness and improvements.
• Support the QFS training program as assigned by the plant QFS Manager.
• Conduct sanitation verification and Bio-trace per procedures.
• Provide QFS guidance to the plant team and address competency gaps through training.
• Support QFS MS development and continuous improvements as assigned.
• Encourage positive behaviors and practices.
• Ensure calibrations of QFS control equipment (detectors, weighers, seal checkers, balances).
• Perform any other actions per direct manager aligned with main purpose.
