  • Certified welding inspector preferred.
  • Ability to use hardness testing equipment.
  • Ability to perform dimensional inspection and visual inspection.

Quality Control Inspector

Our team ensures high quality, consistency and reliability for all products throughout the complete life cycle of our manufacturing process.

As a Quality Control Inspector, you will provide support on quality inspection on machine parts. You will ensure all parts and tools are inspected thoroughly to meet the company’s expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Performing parts inspection, drawings and prints.
  • Initiating non-conformance reports on all parts and assemblies that are not to drawing and print specifications.
  • Ensuring that manufactured units meet quality control procedures, engineering specifications and customer requirements.
  • Initiating corrective action requests when conditions adverse to quality are repetitive in nature.
  • Complying with HSE & Quality policy. Effectively participate in HSE and Quality programs and training as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in mechanical engineering or technical discipline preferred
  • 3 years’ experience in quality inspection in oil and gas field environment
  • Certified welding inspector, preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • ASME, API 6A, API 17D & API 16A knowledge is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
  • Willingness to work shifts and irregular hours
  • Ability to read and apply established procedures
  • Ability to use hardness testing equipment
  • Ability to perform dimensional inspection
  • Ability to review the mill certificate and perform visual inspection
  • Knowledge of FAT, pressure test, load test and drift test
