Job summary

Tuwaiq Academy in Riyadh is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of QMS across all lifecycles for products and services. You will lead a QA team and drive continuous improvement, coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure quality gates align with releases.

The role requires 7+ years in QA with leadership experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Jira, TestRail, and data analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Operations, or related field.
• 7+ years in Quality Assurance/Control, with 3–4 years in a managerial or team lead role.
• Proficiency in QMS/ERP software, test management tools (Jira, TestRail for software), and data analytics tools.
• Strong leadership, analytical problem‑solving, stakeholder management, and clear technical communication.

Responsibilities

• Establish, monitor, and enforce comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with ISO standards, industry regulations, and company benchmarks.
• Design inspection protocols, testing plans, and regular internal audits to identify defects, process deviations, and bottlenecks.
• Supervise, mentor, and resource QA teams (engineers, analysts, inspectors) with KPIs and testing best practices.
• Lead root cause analysis investigations for customer complaints or critical defects; formulate corrective and preventive actions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer Support to align quality gates with release schedules and product roadmaps.
• Define and track core quality metrics (e.g., Defect Density, First-Pass Yield, MTBF, Customer Return Rate) and report trends to leadership.
• Evaluate third‑party vendor quality standards, incoming materials, or outsourced deliverables for end‑to‑end compliance.
• Provide technical support for the department’s events and competitions, and participate in project evaluation and judging when required.
• Document designs, schematics, and Bills of Materials (BOM) in accordance with engineering best practices.

This role ensures that products, processes, and systems meet customer expectations, industry standards, and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish, monitor, and enforce comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with ISO standards, industry regulations, and company benchmarks.
