Job summary

International Water Distribution Co. (Tawzea) seeks a qualified professional to manage Quality and Environmental requirements across the project O&M phase, ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, ISO, and Employer requirements.

Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring QMS and EMS, conducting inspections and audits, managing NCRs/CAPA, ensuring traceable records, and coordinating trainings and reporting for reviews and audits. Gulf region experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in Quality and Environmental Management within O&M, utilities, water, wastewater, or infrastructure projects.
• Practical experience with ISO 9001, audits, NCR/CAPA, and controlled documentation.
• Strong environmental compliance and management experience.
• Gulf Region experience is required; international experience is an advantage.
• Good command of English.
• Environmental Auditor certification is an advantage.
• Strong communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Complete project induction and required safety/emergency training.
• Complete applicable system-specific training, including FCR, SCADA, and major plant equipment where relevant.
• Maintain required certifications and training records.
• Participate in refresher and cross-training programs and maintain competency requirements.

• Ensure maintenance, laboratory, operational, subcontractor, and environmental records are complete and traceable.
• Manage NCEC/EPO compliance and environmental monitoring, including waste, odor, air quality, groundwater, and related requirements.
• Lead environmental incident and non-compliance investigations and corrective actions.
• Coordinate quality and environmental reporting, documentation, and submissions for Employer reviews and audits.
• Coordinate Quality and Environmental training and ensure subcontractors comply with project requirements.
• Support continuous improvement and maintain project compliance throughout O&M operations.
