Job summary

Decima International is seeking a QA/QC professional to lead quality assurance and quality control across major projects in the Middle East, including hyperscale data centers and mission-critical facilities. The role emphasizes ISO 9001 compliance, QMS development, and rigorous inspections and audits.

The ideal candidate will drive quality metrics, manage NCRs and CAPA processes, and coordinate with engineers and project stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence on high-profile capital projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong QA/QC management experience on major construction or capital projects.
• Experience in hyperscale data centers, mission-critical facilities, infrastructure, EPC, or PMC environments.
• Strong knowledge and practical implementation of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience developing and implementing Quality Management Plans.
• Extensive experience with inspections, ITPs, audits, quality documentation, and compliance management.
• Strong experience reviewing, closing, and escalating NCRs.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action management.
• Experience monitoring and reporting quality KPIs to senior project stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Knowledge of international quality standards and construction best practices.
• Familiarity with electronic Quality Management Systems and document control platforms.
• Experience with commissioning quality processes and handover documentation.
• Experience developing quality dashboards and performance analytics.
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and associated QA/QC requirements.
• Strong leadership, team mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
