Job summary

Norconsult Telematics is seeking a QA/QC Engineer (Structural & Architecture) to audit quality of civil, architectural and building-envelope works in factory and on site. The PMC grants final approval after CSC checks for client endorsement.

Responsibilities include auditing ITPs, MS/MARs, MIR/WIR records, NDT and WPS/PQR, NCR processes, FAT/SAT votes and maintaining traceable quality records across projects with some travel in the Kingdom.

Qualifications

6 to 8 years in structural, civil and architectural QA/QC on building and infrastructure works.
ISO 9001 Internal Auditor required; Lead Auditor preferred.
ISO 9712 or ASNT/SNT-TC-1A Level II preferred for NDT records.
Experience with modular, off-site construction (DfMA) preferred.
Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Audit CSC and contractor quality systems against contract, specs and ISO 9001.
Review and approve Contractor's MS and MAR after CSC first-line check.
Audit MIR and WIR records and ensure witnessed clearance.
Oversee off-site factory and on-site works for structural and architectural domains.
Review NDT records and verify WPS/PQR compliance.
Review building-envelope, fire-stopping checks and finishes against samples.
Monitor NCR process and report quality KPIs.
Review FAT and SAT results and grant final quality acceptance.
Verify prequalification documents and RFIs post CSC check.
Ensure calibration certificates are valid and records traceable.
