Role Purpose

Sika is embarking on the construction of a new plant and the consolidation of its existing sites in Qatar. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and oversee the full cycle of these strategic projects. The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of industrial construction, and proven project management experience to ensure timely, cost‑efficient, and safe delivery in line with Sika’s global standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of the new plant construction and site consolidation projects.
• Develop and manage detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (local, regional, and global teams) and external partners (consultants, contractors, suppliers).
• Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, Sika standards, local regulations, and HSE requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews, addressing deviations, risks, and bottlenecks.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule commitments are met.
• Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, including authorities, consultants, and vendors.
• Report regularly on progress, risks, and financials to senior management.
• Ensure alignment of project objectives with business needs and operational requirements.
• Ensure all construction and consolidation activities follow Qatar’s regulatory requirements, Sika’s internal standards, and best practices.
• Drive a strong culture of safety and sustainability throughout project execution.
