Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead post-contract construction projects from groundbreaking to handover. This on-site role requires 10+ years of construction project management experience delivering complex commercial real estate developments. Aramco projects experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction phase execution for projects valued $10M-$20M+
• Provide daily on-site presence ensuring quality, safety, and schedule compliance
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and trades through construction completion
• Monitor construction progress against approved drawings and specifications
• Manage construction budgets, change orders, and cost control processes
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance reviews
• Chair weekly construction meetings with all project stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and permit requirements
• Manage project closeout including testing, commissioning, and client handover
• Maintain detailed project documentation and progress reporting

Required Qualifications
