Job summary

The role requires developing plans, managing budgets and contracts, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance using SAP, Primavera, and MS Office tools. GCC experience is a plus for quick adaptation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of working experience in construction, with 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• GCC experience is a plus and highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth execution.
• Monitor budgets and expenses to maintain financial control within the allocated budget.
• Create and maintain project schedules, track progress, and address delays or changes.
• Ensure construction work meets quality standards and adheres to specifications and regulations.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers and resolve related issues.
• Enforce safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders and address changes or concerns.
• Address issues during construction to keep project on track and within scope.
• Support HSE initiatives and contribute to incident reporting as per IMS policies

The Project Manager oversees construction projects, including coordinating employees, subcontractors,material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding with quality, onschedule and within budget. This position develops a cost-effective plan and schedule for completion of projectfollowing a logical pattern for utilization of resources.

Job Responsibilities 1

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, to guide the construction process.

Manage and coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and effective collaboration.

Oversee project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial control to keep the project within its allocated budget.

Create and maintain project schedules, track progress, and address any delays or changes to ensure timely project completion.

Ensure all construction work meets the required quality standards and complies with specifications, codes, and regulations.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on the project’s scope, schedule, and budget.

Manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with terms and resolving any contract-related issues.

Enforce safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment and reduce the risk of accidents.

Maintain regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing updates and addressing concerns or changes.

Identify and address any issues or obstacles that arise during construction, implementing solutions to keep the project on track and within scope.

Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies
