Job summary

SAB seeks an experienced IT program manager in Riyadh to lead multi-application initiatives across Oracle, Microsoft, Data Warehouse, BI, CRM and content management.

You will direct team strategies, manage end-to-end delivery, define scope, estimates, budgets, and schedules, and oversee vendor selection and resource planning to ensure timely rollouts aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Around 5 years of experience, with about 3 years in a relevant role.

Responsibilities

• Aligns program plan for large initiatives across Oracle, Microsoft, DW, BI, CRM and content management.
• Directs team strategies, knowledge sharing, and rotation across technologies/applications.
• Manages project delivery including scope, deliverables, duration, effort and cost; manages budgets and change requests.
• Oversees the design, configuration and testing of new processes per business requirements.
• Plans resource availability and budgets; coordinates IT consultants/vendors for projects.
• Oversees timely rollouts of IT projects and ensures quality standards are met.
• Evaluates and selects vendors aligned with business needs.

Job description

• Aligns program plan for all the large initiatives in Oracle applications, Microsoft applications, Data warehouse, Business intelligence, Customer Relationship Management and its content management.
• Directs team strategies such as knowledge sharing, rotation across technologies/applications, observatory studies of business operations.
• Manages all aspects of project delivery including defining project scope, specifying deliverables, estimating project duration, effort and cost, resource management, managing project budget, creating detailed project plans and managing change requests.
• Manages project resources including technology, people and logistics, planning and project schedules.
• Oversees and manages implementation of IT projects and ensures timely roll out.
• Oversees the design, configuration and testing of new processes and ensures that the same are incorporated in the application systems as per business requirements.
• Directs the scheduling of cost and quality management during execution of project involving vendors.
• Ensures that the support requests are solved within budget and meet defined expectations.
• Maintains familiarity with IT Quality Standards.
• Oversees evaluation and selection of vendors in alignment with business needs.
• Plans resource availability for Information Services and Technology Solutions projects in alignment with business requirements including IT consultants/vendors.
