Overview

As a Project Account Manager (PAM), you will be responsible for visiting large construction jobsites and acting as the lead solution consultant for all project-specific matters. This role involves providing end-to-end business support and building strong relationships with customers to offer innovative and cost-efficient solutions.

What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree: Preferably in Engineering.
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, project management, or a related field, ideally within the construction or industrial sectors.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the construction industry, particularly in the Industry sector, is highly advantageous.
Skills and Competencies
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and explain technical products and solutions.
  • Sales Skills: Strong consultative selling skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Excellent skills in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to conduct effective presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site efficiently.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work well with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

  • Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel frequently to various job sites and client locations.
