Overview

Are you interested in joining a dynamic and international team of professionals to transform education? IE University’s Corporate Programs is looking for a Program Manager to join its team in the MEA Region!

The Program Manager is responsible for managing the delivery of programs for corporate clients in the Middle East. This comprises ensuring high-quality levels and strong customer focus, and implementing the required guidelines and policies to ensure the successful delivery of the programs. The PM should be very detail-oriented and demonstrate good skills for promoting a sense of community among participants in the programs, as well as with the corporate client point of contact.

This person should be based in the MEA region, with preference given to candidates living in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

Your role as a Program Manager will involve:

• Program management, ensuring the successful delivery of corporate projects
• Support ongoing engagement with participants during and after the program
• Engage with corporate clients in the delivery and day-to-day of the program
• Supervision of Program Coordinators and logistical management of programs
• Participation in the design of programs
• Cost and budget control for projects
• Assistance with cross-departmental projects
• Implementation of IE processes and standards on all projects managed

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree from a top university
• Fluent in English. Arabic is highly valued, and Spanish would be a plus
• Cultural awareness to coordinate a multinational group of stakeholders
• International experience is strongly preferred
• Strong project management capabilities
• The candidate will demonstrate solid customer management skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a high level of accountability
• Innovative and creative personality with good storytelling skills
• Strong collaborative skills to work across schools and Centers at IE
• Self-starter
• Comfortable with senior executives
• Previous experience in program delivery is highly valued
• Experience in program design is a plus
