Job summary

Noon Academy in Riyadh is seeking a results-driven leader to run and iterate the education program, enhancing student experience and learning operations. You will align with teachers, supervisors and operations, and drive priorities and follow-through across teams to scale the program tenfold in Saudi Arabia and beyond.

The role requires fluency in Arabic and English, a Bachelor's degree, and 2–5 years in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent, professional-grade Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Lived and worked or studied in both Saudi Arabia and the US/UK.
• 2–5 years working in a fast-paced environment; MBB or start-up background preferred.
• Decisive, self-driven and comfortable making calls with incomplete information.
• Passion about education and an innovative mindset.
• Based in Riyadh.

• Running building and innovating upon the program – improving student experience learning operations and delivery to improve our product. We are constantly iterating based on student feedback, trial & error, best learning practices and new ideas.
• Owning team beat & cadence. Weekly rhythms with teachers, supervisors and ops, priorities, blockers, and follow-through across all vectors.
• Strategy and execution to scale the program 10x next year and more in the following years in Saudi and beyond.

• Passion about education and innovative mindset.
• Already based in Riyadh.
