Middle East Broadcasting Networks Inc. is seeking an experienced senior production supervisor in Riyadh to lead scripted projects from development through delivery.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. The role requires extensive experience in television or film production, strong budgeting and planning skills, and fluency in Arabic and English where applicable.

Responsibilities

Supervise scripted productions throughout the entire production lifecycle from development and pre-production through filming post-production and final delivery Monitor production schedules budgets forecasts and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within approved budgets Coordinate with internal stakeholders production companies creative teams and operational departments to ensure production objectives are achieved Review scripts and production plans to identify production requirements operational considerations and potential risks Oversee production processes and workflows ensuring adherence to company standards policies and technical requirements Track production performance and provide regular status updates reports and escalation of issues where required Support casting activities talent engagement contract coordination and production logistics as necessary Manage relationships with production partners and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration Review production outputs including dailies rough cuts and offline edits to ensure quality standards are maintained Identify potential production risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize impact on delivery schedules and budgets Resolve production operational and logistical issues efficiently while maintaining project continuity Ensure all deliverables meet creative technical legal and business requirements before final handover

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in television, film, scripted content, or media production. Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within production environments. Proven experience managing multiple productions simultaneously from development through delivery. Strong understanding of the complete production lifecycle, including development, pre-production, production, post-production, and content delivery. Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, scheduling, and production planning. Strong knowledge of production operations, workflows, technical requirements, and industry best practices. Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners. Experience managing talent, agents, cast contracts, and production companies is preferred. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills in fast-paced production environments. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines. High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Proficiency in production management systems, budgeting tools, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office applications. Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
