Production Manager – Woodwork / Joinery Factory

We are hiring an experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end production operations at a well-established woodwork/joinery manufacturing facility in Riyadh. This role is ideal for a hands‑on professional with strong leadership, planning, and operational control skills who can drive productivity, quality, and timely project delivery in a fast‑paced factory environment.

Base Pay Range

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Salary Range: SAR 12,000 – 15,000 per month

Preferred Nationality: Filipino

Experience: 8+ Years

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage production activities in line with project timelines and delivery commitments
• Oversee all workshop departments including cutting, CNC, assembly, finishing, and packing
• Monitor daily production output and proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety procedures, and factory best practices
• Coordinate closely with Technical, Procurement, and Project teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Control material usage, minimise waste, and improve overall productivity and efficiency
• Lead, supervise, and evaluate production teams to maintain performance and discipline
• Prepare production reports and support continuous improvement initiatives

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in woodwork/joinery production with proven managerial responsibility
• Strong understanding of joinery manufacturing processes, machinery, materials, and workflows
• Demonstrated ability to manage production schedules and multiple departments simultaneously
• Effective leadership, team management, and decision‑making skills
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and clear communication skills
• Experience working in factory‑based production environments essential
