Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to meet output, OEE, scrap, and delivery KPIs.
• Optimize processes to reduce downtime, waste, and changeover time.
• Enforce HSE standards and quality systems.
• Develop supervisors and frontline teams; build a high-performance culture.
• Drive Lean / CI initiatives and support capex/process improvement decisions.
• Report production performance to senior leadership.
