ACOUSTIEG in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Procurement & Supply Chain Manager with proven experience in construction and building materials to source materials, negotiate with suppliers, and manage procurement processes across ongoing projects. The role is fully remote and requires strong English communication.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in procurement, experience sourcing from Europe, China, or GCC, and familiarity with import logistics into Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of procurement experience in construction or building materials.
• Experience sourcing from Europe, China, and/or GCC.
• Experience managing import logistics, especially into Saudi Arabia.
• Familiarity with acoustic systems, façade solutions, or specialty building products.
• Strong negotiation skills to drive commercial value beyond processing POs.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Available for a full-time remote position.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for construction materials, equipment, and project requirements.
• Source and evaluate local and international suppliers for quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms.
• Coordinate import/export shipments and related documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast material requirements with project teams.
• Track purchase orders and shipments and resolve supply chain issues.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Analyse supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, managing procurement processes, and ensuring the timely delivery of products required for ongoing projects.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in procurement within the construction, building materials, or related industries.

• Proven experience sourcing from suppliers across Europe, China, and/or GCC countries.

• Experience managing import logistics; prior experience importing into Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.

• Exposure to acoustic systems, façade solutions, or specialty building products is preferred. Candidates do not need to be technical experts but should have relevant industry familiarity.

• Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to drive commercial value, not just process purchase orders.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Available for a full-time, fully remote position.
