A recruitment agency in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Systems Administrator / Process Coordinator to facilitate communication between QA, operations teams, and developers. This role involves system coordination, issue tracking, and maintaining QA documentation for a web-based inspection platform. The ideal candidate must have strong coordination skills, a solid understanding of business processes, and problem-solving abilities. A degree in engineering or related field is preferred, along with experience in QA environments.
The Systems Administrator / Process Coordinator will act as a key link between QA, operations teams (inspectors and section heads), and the application developer. The role focuses on day-to-day system coordination, issue tracking, process mapping, and QA documentation control for a web-based inspection and certification platform under development and live operation. The ideal candidate will have strong process understanding, coordination skills, and structured communication, with the ability to translate operational needs into clear system requirements and follow up on resolutions.
Preferred: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, IT, or Business Administration. Experience in inspection, certification, QA, or compliance-driven environments is an advantage. Familiarity with ISO-based management systems (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17020, etc.) is a plus. Experience coordinating with software developers or IT vendors is preferred.
