Job summary

Maaden seeks a senior program leader to oversee ERD digital, AI, automation, and analytics initiatives. The role focuses on planning, governance, and business integration across ERD, IT, Data Management, Cybersecurity, Finance, and external partners.

You will translate business priorities into roadmaps, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure value delivery from concept to adoption, sustaining improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geoscience, Business, IT, Data Science, or related field.
• Master’s degree or project/digital/change certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage approved initiatives from concept and business case through planning, design coordination, testing, deployment, adoption, and post-implementation review.
• Develop delivery plans, milestones, governance routines, resource needs, dependencies, risks, decisions, and escalation paths.
• Translate ERD business priorities into practical use cases, requirements, implementation roadmaps, and management update materials.
• Monitor progress, resolve delivery issues, coordinate approvals, and ensure initiatives remain aligned with scope, value, and business readiness.
• Serve as the central coordination point across ERD programs, technical teams, IT, AI Factory, Data Management, Cybersecurity, Finance, Procurement, Legal, external advisors, and vendors.
• Build alignment among business, technical, control, and leadership stakeholders with different priorities, expectations, and decision requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, governance discussions, design reviews, issue-resolution meetings, and approval processes.
• Prepare concise executive updates, recommendations, decision papers, and implementation status reports.
• Coordinate small internal teams, project-based contributors, external consultants, implementation partners, and developers to deliver agreed outcomes.
• Delegate work, clarify expectations, track deliverables, support issue resolution, and promote knowledge transfer and sustainable internal capability.
• Mentor team members and project contributors in structured problem solving, stakeholder communication, delivery discipline, and business integration.

The role acts as the business integration lead between ERD, IT, AI Factory, Data Management, Cybersecurity, Finance, Procurement, Legal, external advisors, vendors, and implementation partners to ensure initiatives are clearly scoped, approved, delivered, adopted, and sustained.

What You Will Deliver

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geoscience, Business, IT, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree or project/digital/change certification is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including cross-functional project delivery, stakeholder management, business case development, implementation coordination, and adoption support.
• Experience managing senior-level stakeholders and strategic external relationships.
• Experience in mining, exploration, industrial operations, technology implementation, digital transformation, analytics, or business improvement is preferred.
