Job summary

The Investment Risk and Performance Analyst at Awqaf Investment is responsible for developing, implementing, and adopting risk management practices across portfolios, with emphasis on risk and performance reporting to stakeholders in Riyadh.

You will conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, prepare quarterly risk and performance reports, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with the investment and operations teams to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement of reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Investment or a related field.
• 0 - 3 years of relevant experience.
• Professional certifications such as CME-1, CME-4 are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of investment portfolios to identify and evaluate risks.
• Prepare and deliver quarterly investment risk and performance reports and Risk Appetite reports.
• Produce the monthly compliance reports identify all breaches and deviations, and follow up on their rectification.
• Collaborate with the investment team to ensure alignment of risk management practices with investment strategies
• Conduct comprehensive, in-depth analysis of investment risk studies and assessments.
• Validate that portfolio data accurate, complete, and reliable for performance and risk reporting.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution and reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of performance attribution reports and risk-adjusted performance analysis.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of risk and performance reports to stakeholders.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of risk and performance reporting processes and methodologies.
• Develop sophisticated tools and techniques to analyze portfolio risks, integrating this analysis into effective portfolio construction and management.
• Support the development and implementation of investment risk management tools, systems, and methodologies, and participate in the continuous improvement of risk and performance reporting processes.
