Job summary

Parsons is seeking a skilled PMIS Specialist to implement, customize, and deliver projects into PMIS (PMWeb) for our construction and engineering work. You will configure workflows, forms, reports, and data elements; develop SSRS and Power BI reports; and train and support users.

You will collaborate with project teams, manage access controls, migrate data, and ensure data integrity while maintaining documentation and dashboards that drive program insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science (or related field).
• Minimum 5 years of experience administering and implementing EDMS/PMIS for construction or engineering projects.
• Proven experience implementing PMWeb and Aconex.

Responsibilities

• Implementation, customization, and delivery of projects into PMIS (PMWeb).
• User and admin support for PMIS (PMWeb).
• Configure workflows, forms, configurations, and reports.
• Maintain and update documentation for support requests and changes.
• Develop user guides and provide training as needed.
• Assign and modify access control; develop processes and dashboards.
• Develop custom reports in SSRS and Power BI paginated reports.
• Supervise data entry and document control staff on projects.
• Assist with data migration, version updates, and data integrity.
