Job summary

Parsons is seeking a PMIS Specialist to implement and customize PMIS (PMWeb) for complex construction projects, providing user support and creating reports with SSRS and Power BI.

You will configure workflows, forms, data elements, and dashboards, mentor staff, and ensure data integrity across systems while coordinating with project teams and stakeholders in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with EDMS/PMIS for construction/engineering.
• Proven PMWeb and Aconex implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of construction/engineering processes.
• Hands-on SQL, SQL Server; forms, data elements, and XML scripting.
• User setup, access control and Visual Studio experience.
• SSRS reporting and Power BI dashboard development knowledge.
• Experience with web services integrations and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Implement, customize, and deliver PMIS (PMWeb) projects.

• Modify PMIS configurations, workflows, forms, and reports.
• Develop and maintain documentation for changes and support requests.
• Create user guides and train users as needed.

• Assist with project migrations, data integrity, and version updates.
• Configure projects, programs, and workflow actions; build custom reports.
• Supervise data entry staff assigned to PMIS projects.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented PMIS Specialist to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing

• Implementation, customization, and delivery of projects into PMIS (PMWeb).
• User and administration support for PMIS (PMWeb).
• Ability to perform changes in PMIS using related design tools.
• Configuration and deployment of necessary changes to workflows, forms, configurations, reports, etc.
• Maintaining and updating documentation for the support requests and changes made to the system.
• Designing and developing user guides.
• Interacting with users to communicate solutions to support requests and/or provide training as needed.
• Assigning and modifying access control.
• Modifying and developing business processes, forms, workflows, data elements, dynamic data elements, and dashboards.
• Assisting with projects as needed, including version updates, migrating data from legacy systems, and ensuring data integrity.
• Configuring projects, programs, and business processes.
• Configuring workflow assignments and actions.
• Custom Reports Development in SSRS & Power BI Paginated Reports
• Supervising data entry/document control staff assigned to projects.

What required skills you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in computer science (or related field).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in administering and implementing EDMS and/or PMIS for construction or engineering projects.
• Proven experience in implementing PMWeb and Aconex .
• Strong knowledge of construction and engineering processes.
• Technical hands-on experience with SQL and SQL Server, with the ability to perform with minimal or no supervision on:
• Custom Forms development.
• Data structure setup.
• Database queries, SQL scripting, and XML scripting .
• User setup and access control.
• Visual Studio experience.
• Experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) for building and maintaining custom reports.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Queries for reporting, troubleshooting, and system customization.
• Experience with Power BI for developing interactive dashboards and data visualizations.
• Experience with integration systems through web services and database links.
• Very good technical understanding of PMWeb is sufficient to assess the level of effort needed to address support requests.
• Ability to organize and manage tasks efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
