JASARA PMC is on the lookout for a highly skilled PMIS Manager (Project Management Information System) to enhance our project management capabilities. In this strategic role, you will be instrumental in overseeing the development and optimization of project management information systems that serve as the backbone for successful project execution. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and leverage data-driven insights will be crucial in fostering an environment of informed decision-making and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and management of PMIS across multiple projects to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Coordinate with project teams to define requirements, configure the system, and ensure that it is well integrated with existing processes.
- Perform regular data analysis and report generation to inform progress tracking and performance measurement.
- Facilitate training sessions and create documentation to promote user engagement with PMIS tools.
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to the PMIS based on feedback and changing project needs.
- Ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and security according to company policies and industry regulations.
- Stay abreast of advancements in technology and industry trends to keep the PMIS up to date.
- Collaborate with IT departments for system integration and identify potential risks and mitigation strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with external PMIS vendors and ensure service agreements are fulfilled.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of relevant experience in project management information systems, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of PMIS tools and software, particularly Oracle (Unifier, P6), Microsoft Project, and similar platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in project data analysis and reporting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or similar are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with data security standards and practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle-related certifications (e.g., Oracle Unifier, Oracle P6).
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
- Understanding of system integration and ETL processes.
