About the location

AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. Marking a new chapter for comprehensive wellness tourism, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising of rooms and suites, as well as villas with their own private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all thoughtfully designed to offer breathtaking bay and sea views. The resort will include a luxury spa nestled within its garden of tranquility and inspiration featuring a sculptured waterfall. The Organic Spa Garden will be a focal point and treatment experience set to stimulate the senses, offering extensive therapeutic remedies including halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced skin therapies. For fitness enthusiasts, the property will offer a bespoke collaboration with fitness trainer Harley Pasternak to seamlessly merge high-performance training with the limitless potential of Triple Bay’s 300 hectares (741 acres) of untouched hills, wadis, and beaches. The pristine terrain includes trails perfect for canyoning and exploring the rugged cliffs and valleys. Guests and residents can also take part in an array of guided hikes, mountain biking, and equestrian bridle trails, or work on their game at the spectacular 27-hole oceanfront golf course.

About The Role

We are looking for a technically skilled and service-driven plumber to join the engineering team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. Reporting to the engineering manager, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all plumbing systems throughout the resort, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and guest comfort. You will also play a key role in supporting the inspection, commissioning, and operational readiness of plumbing infrastructure during the pre-opening phase.

What You Will Do
  • Assist in reviewing plumbing installations during the pre-opening phase, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and operational functionality.
  • Conduct snagging inspections on water supply lines, drainage systems, public restrooms, kitchens, laundry areas, and guest room plumbing, reporting any issues and supporting corrections.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on all plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, pumps, irrigation, hot water heaters, grease traps, and sewage treatment systems.
  • Install and repair fixtures such as sinks, faucets, toilets, showers, bathtubs, water heaters, valves, and pipes as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain plumbing and drainage systems to ensure continuous operation and guest satisfaction.
  • Quickly respond to maintenance calls and emergency plumbing issues, including leaks, blockages, and breakdowns.
  • Assist with monitoring water consumption and support water conservation initiatives across the property.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and materials used.
  • Support coordination with third-party contractors for specialized plumbing services when required.
  • Ensure plumbing maintenance complies with local health, building, and safety codes.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of plumbing supplies, tools, and spare parts.
  • Participate in safety and emergency training, supporting emergency response protocols as needed.
  • Assist maintaining and operating swimming pools and water features around the resort.
What You Bring
  • A diploma or certification in Plumbing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a plumber, preferably in luxury hotels, resorts, or large-scale facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, water treatment, drainage systems, and building codes.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and preventive maintenance procedures.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative, service-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
