We are seeking a skilled Planning Engineer with over 10 years of experience to support the design delivery of a major development project in Riyadh. The role involves receiving and managing design timelines from Local Design Consultants (LDCs), planning submission schedules, and supporting resource allocation across internal teams. The candidate must be proficient in Power BI and capable of generating interactive dashboards to support project reporting and decision-making.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in planning or project controls, preferably in design or construction environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of design workflows and submission processes.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and other planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and external consultants.
  • Familiarity with large-scale development projects in the Middle East is an advantage.
