Job summary

Ninja is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to accurately prepare and dispense medications, provide counseling to patients regarding treatments, side effects and interactions, and ensure compliance with professional standards. The role requires collaboration with doctors and healthcare teams to optimize treatment plans, monitor patient outcomes, maintain inventory, and participate in ongoing staff training and safety initiatives.

The successful candidate will bring Pharm.D.

Qualifications

• Pharm.D. from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacist license in Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical experience in SA.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy and clinical guidelines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to continuous education and staying current in the pharmacy field.

Responsibilities

• Process and dispense prescription medications accurately and in compliance with legal and professional standards.

Main Responsibilities Accurately process and dispense prescription medications ensuring compliance with legal, ethical and professional standards Offer medication counseling to patients addressing their questions and concerns regarding treatments side effects and interactions Work collaboratively with healthcare providers to create and manage medication treatment plans tailored to each patient s needs Monitor patient health outcomes and adjust prescriptions as necessary in conjunction with medical staff Conduct regular training sessions for staff and patients regarding medication safety and wellness Maintain and manage pharmacy inventory ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste Stay informed about new developments in medications and pharmacy practice to continually enhance service delivery.
